I decided to help these small mom and pop businesses in town with advertising. The corporate radio stations try to get anywhere from $1000 a month or more from these folks to advertise for little snippets of time. Thats not branding. That wont work. I started an internet radio station called WSPR the Whisper to advertise 24/7 for 100 bucks a month. We have talk shows and play a variety of music so there is something for everyone. We tried to make the playlists different from anything currently in springfield. You can listen on your phone or on the computer. I love this town.
