The first FRAUD NOTICE TO ALL RETURNING OFFICERS was delivered as well to the AEC office WARRAGUL. One Victorian man has sworn an affidavit declaring the upcoming election unlawful. This removal means that all laws and all actions made by successive Australian Governments have been illegal. This also includes the upcoming General Election, says Retiree, Brian Shaw of Werribee in Victoria. Gerard Joseph Donohue has lodged the Originating application Form 15. Mr Shaw has lodged a detailed Affidavit in the Victorian Courts, It states that “the respondents are attempting to conceal” from the Electorate that the Crown and Statutory Oath of Allegiance was “removed illegally from the constitution.” This removal occurred after the Commonwealth Referendum was held on November 6th, 1999.
