You may have heard that weight loss and healthy lifestyles are 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. But what should that 20% exercise be? Should you jump on a treadmill for an hour a day? What is functional training? It is a type of exercise that prepares the body for the daily activities we undertake. There are many ways to train functional fitness and many different tools such as kettlebells or TRX can be used to make the workout more fun and enjoyable.
