You may have these ideas that I gave up on you or abandoned you but that is very far from the truth. I fought for you in every way I could. If you want to blame someone for you not having your mother growing up….you need to go to your Dad, Mimi and Grandpa. Mainly, your Mimi…..she swore that I would never see my girls again and she promised that I would suffer. And I did. If I had my way and was able to win the battle that they put me through…..You and Hannah would have had the mother that Ashley had. Ask her about me…..she knows Im a fighter and that I would move mountains to protect her and provide for her. You and Hannah have the same mother but you were never allowed to know that. I dont want to speak down or negative about the people that you have known your whole life but please be open to the possibility that you may not know how they destroyed your mother and denied me access to you. The reason it has taken until now to reach you is because in the state of TX…..when a child reaches 14 they can have say in their parental/custody situation. The only reason I havent been more forceful sooner is because I didnt want to cause you pain or upset. I know what it put Ashley through and I didnt want to see you two go through that for a mother you werent allowed to be close to. BUT……you say the word and I will file every court order it takes to make sure you have the choice and right to know your mother. I will fight your Father, Mimi and Grandpa…….they dont have enough money to outlast me in court now. Nor do they have the power to intimidate and bully me anymore. Im only 53 and a small female….which is why I was very scared of your father when he would be aggressive with me…..but now……No One has that power to scare me or control me. I have always wanted you with me and I NEVER gave up on you. I love you all more than anything in this whole world. Ashley knows this.
