You may now register for the WAVE fall baseball clinics (see below for details). Please visit wave-baseball and click on the registration link under “Wave Baseball 2013 Fall Clinics”. Once registered, you must complete and return the “Player Waiver” form in order to participate. Please bring this waiver with you to the clinic. CLINICS – Fall baseball clinics are open to interested players ages 9-14 (as of May 1, 2014) on Sunday, November 10th and Sunday, November 17th at the Gulf Breeze recreation center fields. Ages 9-12 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Fields 5 and 6 Ages 13-14 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Field 9 $25/session; max of $25 per family Wave coaches and former players (ages 15+) will lead the clinic sessions focused on fundamentals of fielding, batting, base running, pitching, and certain mental aspects of the game of baseball. PARENT MEETING – All interested families should have a parent attend the Wave informational meeting on Wednesday, November 20th at 7 p.m. at the Gulf Breeze Recreation Center. A thorough overview of the program, selection process, tryout registration, time commitment, financial commitment, and introduction of coaches will be provided. Our intent is to have a competitive team for each age group from 11U to 14U. TRYOUTS – Tryouts begin on Sunday, December 8th at the Gulf Breeze recreation center fields and are mandatory for all returning and new players in the program. Player age is age as of May 1, 2014.
