You may recall that I have mentioned how much I LOVE Yoga! But you also may know that I didnt believe that it was important to be flexible and stretch. Honestly, I was about just getting it done and I thought that if it was fast, it wouldnt get me results. I couldnt have been more wrong! I realize now that the foundation to all fitness is being flexible and strong. You can achieve this with Yoga. Im telling you if you start doing Yoga and consistently do it, you will find yourself fitter that before, you get more out of your other workouts, and you just might not have as many aches and pains!
