You may recall that earlier this week this page was temporarily blocked by Facebook because someone at Npower complained about information that we placed on it. Here is the relevant section of the notice from Facebook. “We have removed or disabled access to the following content that you have posted on Facebook because we received a notice from a third party that the content infringes their copyright(s): Photo from album: Timeline Photos, uploaded on 26 July 23:55 PDT Facebook is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties. If you believe that this content should not have been removed from Facebook, you can contact the complaining party directly to resolve your issue:” Obviously there is something in this content that Npower do not want to be made public. We sought advice and the consensus is that if we remove Npower logos and certain abbreviations which may or may not be specific to the company we would be in a position to repost them. The first seven photos are essentially one set and the other five are set two. We hope this information is useful to customers with complaints.
