You meet some characters in the outback. During my recent jaunt, I met an old guy who is in his 80s and who keeps bees as a hobby. Locals call him to remove wild beehives if they get in the way of normal farm life. This particular guy will put the beehive on the backseat of his car to take it home. Even if its a 100km trip, he places the hive on his seat, or in a open box, on his seat. We had a great joke going about being a hitch hiker being told to take a seat in the back - or a policeman pulling him over and asking him to quickly move on. He says the bees sense fear and its fear which causes them to sting. Ill admit it. I would be the biggest chicken to go for a ride with him. What about you; would you jump in that car with him?
