You might find this interesting: That guy, John son of David, calls himself that because he has already declared himself sovereign. He is part of the Freeman movement. These guys explain the difference between common law (lawful) and commercial law (legal), how you are a human being under the common law, but a PERSON (legalese) under commercial law. Upon your birth your parents sign you over to the state upon birth and a legal FICTION is created, which you now represent. Human beings are second only to god under the common law, and are born with sovereign rights. Under human beings comes the government, the courts, the councils, and everything else. And at the very bottom of the ladder? A PERSON. If after sending an Affidavit to Westminster declaring your independence, reclaiming your sovereignty, no longer representing the FICTION they created and giving 40 days to respond they have not, then legally you are independent, and free to do as you choose. The problem guys like John son of David has is that no one else knows this, and so when the police pull people like him up for the likes of speeding offences and they try and explain this, a lot of them end up in a cell overnight! However once in court, they declare they are in a common law jurisdiction and do not represent the name on the birth certificate. A lot of these cases get thrown out! Anyway, there are a lot of people who have done this! Brave guys! I find it incredibly interesting, and it teaches you about your sovereignty.
