You might not like this suggestion, but it is honest and humble that you would not want to jump over your steps. Here is what I think. Go back to revet yourself for a technician. Exhibit what you have learned to apply it to the private sector, then lead with your experience to serve the public. First start with your constituency to gain enough support; representative, later you can voice yourself for the senate. If you neglect this thought, I still wish you good luck.
