You might not tell by looking at it, but this started its life as an Ultrasabers standard issue battle saber. I vented the pommel for sound and machined the rear grip to accommodate the genuine leather wrap. To provide some topography to the design I machined a choke section above the switch box and turned down the emitter. Finally, I finished the saber in a satin oil-rubbed bronze paint and bake, which was then sanded for the lived in universe look iconic to the classic trilogy. Top it off with a brass saberforge covertec and brass purple ring AV switch, and you have a much more elegant weapon than you started with.
