You might remember, when Texas passed a voter identification law, - TopicsExpress

You might remember, when Texas passed a voter identification law, similar to the one passed in Indiana and upheld by SCOTUS, Massa Obama and his Chief Foreman Eric Holder used the whip of the antiquated, Reconstruction-minded Section of 4 of the Voter Rights Act to quash the law and put all us Texas racists in our place. SCOTUS has rightly pointed out that we are not longer in Reconstruction, attitudes, policies, etc. have changed, and the government cannot use ancient history to control state voting practices. Thank you, Greg Abbott, for immediately re-implementing voter ID requirements. I am PROUD to show mine to help ensure only U.S. citizens vote in our elections. pjmedia/tatler/2013/06/25/texas-ag-tells-janine-turner-that-scotus-voting-rights-act-decision-is-a-huge-win-for-equality/
