You must apply a distinct and intensive stimulus with meaningful resistance to a momentary level of deep fatigue to stimulate the Type II muscle fibers. These are the ones responsible for power, strength, tone, shape. Body/Booty/Turbo Camps get you tired alright--and miss these fibers almost entirely (I can prove it in 7 minutes). And NO program design balance--where are the pulling movements? Remember: INTENSIVE. I said INTENSIVE. Of course--JUST slogging is worse yet. SCIENCE.
