You must build lean body mass to effectively lose, and keep off body fat. Lean body mass increases metabolic rate and changers body shape. Cardio, boot camps etc do not. Whilst they are good sources of cardio if you are not building lean body mass by strength training 3-5 days per week you may very well have a hard time keeping the weight off once you lose it. Ladies... DO NOT BE AFRAiD OF THE WEIGHTS!!!
