You need To have a Strong character when You a manager.....you need To Be on point.....be specific and work on time management.....Some would say You taking sites but thats part of the package......you need To take decision that will suits the organisation or the company for that matter. Sometimes You will feel You need a break because of exhaustion Its still part of the package.......you must lead by example and exercise your powers that You are given by your superious. The Nice part about being manager is the respect You get from your members but still You have To earn their trust.....the sad part Its when there is a division. Its a privilage for me To a Project Manager of Sisonke Community Development.....i have Great mentor.
