You need to listen to your clients- or you end up paying for it. Tomorrow morning I get a free half hour massage because the masseuse I went to today didnt listen to what I asked for. I asked them to focus on my neck and shoulders- and in fact they worked on that area for about 5 minutes. Whats worse is when I asked her didnt I clarify what I wanted she knew that she hadnt followed what I asked. I was very specific. I could have had the free one hour massage they were going to give me, but I only wanted my shoulders and neck worked on. This is why I keep detailed records of what my clients order from me, and what I ask my suppliers to provide me with. I always want to make sure I get it right- and if I havent, find out where it didnt go right.
