You people bashing the tea drinker are retarded ....Number one... The man bought an iced tea at that store and was drinking it and was not in the commission of any crime whatsoever.... Number two, the property belonged to the store owner, not the public servant whom had no authority to order anyone not in the commission of a crime to do a darned thing and if this guy was a beverage officer than his only authority is over those with licenses selling these things not the general public... Anyone whom accepts any kind of so called punishment which is plain and simple extortion, is a complete moronic idiot...The so called officer cause all of the disorderly activity that happened not the other men there. That is plain to see. Let the man claiming in court that he was wronged by the man drinking tea or tell these extortioners to pound sand... These so called officers and courts are nothing more than a criminal extortion racket...
