You probably thought that sedans were absolutely boring.Well then you havent met the new Astin Martin Lagonda.Now heres a bit ofNitty grittyabout it. The Aston Martin Lagonda is a long, low sedan with sharply creased character lines and a flat, long trunk. Its long hood tapers and dips down toward Aston Martins signature wide-mouthed grille. The bodywork is made entirely from carbon fiber, and the car itself rides on a version of the VH platform used by all current Aston Martins. On the inside, the four bucket seats are finished in diamond-quilted leather. The wide, tall center console is cribbed directly from other Aston Martin cars. The Lagonda weighs about the same as the Aston Martin Rapide S, roughly 4387 pounds, and has managed more than 175 mph in testing. A 5.9-liter V-12 engine is believed to direct around 550 hp to the rear wheels. The name harkens back to a very rare four-door Aston Martin sold in the 1970s. The ultra-exclusive Aston Martin Lagonda will be sold only in the Middle East, and only by invitation for a price that has not been disclosed. Deliveries begin in the first quarter of 2015
