You really have to wonder at times about certain companies and what they truly stand for. This evening when I looked at my mail and discovered that I had just received a sympathy letter from one of the companies top ambassadors, hand written by Susan Sly herself, this reaffirmed what I have known all along that I am a part of a company, a culture, a community of people who truly care about one another! My wife and I want to thank you very much susan for your thoughts. We also want to thank Michael Racanelli and Martina Racanelli for the beautiful floral arrangement and for everything else that you have made possible for us. Thank you we LOVE all of you!!
