You say that you can’t know a person unless you KNOW a person, but what does that really even mean? Does that mean that sense I don’t wave hi to him every day I don’t know that he is kind? Does that mean because I never set next to him in math class I don’t know he can keep a secret? What if I have never cried on his shoulder? Does that mean he can’t be there for me when I need him most? I guess my point is that just because I can’t touch someone doesnt mean I don’t know them. I don’t know why I try and explain this to you, you will never get it. It takes someone loving, someone kind, someone willing to give everything they have like him to understand a friendship that can bare the weight of a thousand miles. You will never understand that. I couldn’t explain to you how I know he is spazzy and crazy yet compassionate and real just by the words I see him type on a page. I couldn’t describe what makes me so sure I can trust him even though I have never looked him in the eyes. The time he takes out of his day to say hi when I am to busy to respond is more precious then a hug and the effort they put in to make me know they care is stronger then a pinkie promise. How do you really know all your ‘real friends’ actually want to be around you when they are being paid to come to work every day with you were as mine could spend there time doing millions of things on the internet besides searching up memes to make me laugh or stopping their MMOs just to see if I responded, he isn’t getting paid to pay attention to me. He does it because he cares and that is what matters. Not distance, not time, but effort and love. Please, name three facts about your ‘real friends’ that have nothing to do with the office. Can you? Well I can. He works at Wal-Mart, he loves card games, he great at RP and even when I spend all day working, even when I don’t have time to reply, he STILL involves me in his life. He is a compassionate, fascinating, fun loving, and friend caring person and I am PROUD to call him my friend. He sleeps next to his phone in case -I- need him in the middle of the night. When was the last time you had someone do that for you? So please, take your ‘real friends’ and go elsewhere. I have a message to respond to. Yes, a message. Its more important then anything else right now because to him I am more important then ‘rl’ oh, im sorry there is that internet talk again ‘real life’ right now. Have fun talking about paperclips and how the boss is a dick, because that is all you have in common with them. I will be over here enjoying the -presence- of someone a million miles away, while you cant even get the guy down the street to return your call.
