You see... I eat meat - not often, but I do - so when I see something like this it makes me wonder if humans live somewhat ass backwards. Maybe its my Native American heritage that is saddened when we dont thank the animal for its sacrifice and that we dont truly eat meat only as a means for survival. We tend to take far more than we give. This doesnt mean Im just going to become vegan but it definitely draws me closer to the camp. I also find it interesting that the dog attempting to save these fish is the same type of dog sacrificed as a Chinese ritual each year and then eaten for good luck. Maybe he just understands the value of life?
