You see plenty of these 90-day Before and Afters - but most dont achieve these. What does it take to see maximum results? A prepped meal plan with convenient healthy snacks built in Regular intense workouts Regular low-intensity workouts Plenty of sleep for recovery Yes, small changes that you can live with over long periods of time can bring some results - but I personally would rather invest a short amount of time - devote focus and attention to achieving a BIG goal and THEN live with small maintainable changes. Does that not sound better? Is anyone interested in devoting 84 days to a goal and doing WHATEVER it takes and then end up ripped and in the best shape of your life - in only 3 short months? I am looking for that NO EXCUSES individual! Ill inves everything I can (complete program design, regular measurements, customized meal plan) you have do the work prescribed, consume the meals outlined and get the rest required - the results you will get I know are going to be life changing! 84 extremely focused and intense days... whos got em?
