You see to most people this makes no sense and seems unfair to students that work hard to achieve passing grades. What you dont understand it is the Progressives that are pushing movements like this. Why you ask, just another Margaret Sanger approach, you see if they can get unqualified lawyers out there representing Black criminals then we are sure of more convictions and higher incarceration rates, because after all Progressives truly feel Blacks are inferior and need to be controlled until they can be eliminated as a race. As well as mixed race encouragement, most white people are mixed race ie, not just German or Italian, or Irish or English, no we are mutts and we are good with that. And if you notice persons of white/black mix tend to associate and are more accepted by their white counterparts than blacks. Why, because there is less judgmental treatment, dont believe me ask a black friend. Mix race work much harder to be accepted among other blacks than whites. And who are the racists again? Please......
