You should ask one question only to one of the two watchmen each guarding one door (entrance). One door leading to hell and another to heaven. These watchmen know which door would lead to heaven and hell. These two watchmen are opposite in character. One would speak only truth and another only lie. These watchmen also each other well about their character, truth and lie speaking habits. What question (only one) you would ask to gain entry to heaven?
