You should take the time to read as much of the CIA Torture Report as you can stomach. But, if you cant, at least read this. In 1988 noted hawk Ronald Reagan signed off that this country WOULD NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, resort to the barbaric practice of torture. The next time the National Anthem is playing, and you are standing with your hand over your heart in rapt adoration of Old Glory, remember what things we are capable of doing. Surely Americans on both sides of the aisle can have the grace to be embarrassed. Resolve to share with others that we can be, and must be, better than this. I just did.
