You think your kids are safer because you live in the suburbs. Well they arent. Pray for their protection everyday.. Yesterday my son Crucifixio Handon got into a fight on the school bus with a boy who has been bullying him and his sister Christian Hopkins for about 3 weeks now. I spoke to the school, the bus driver and transportation supervisor. We thought things were resolved until the fight on the bus yesterday. Cross defended himself after being punched in the head and face. The boy then says to him after getting in trouble with the bus driver that he is going to bring a knife tomorrow and Cross is dead. So I told Cross be mindful and careful, but the driver is aware and the school so it should be ok, but it wasnt because this child did come to school with a knife and was able to get right in front of my child with it. He stood there and told him, Cross, youre dead. Thank God he was unsuccessful in his attempt to stab to my son... What pains me is these are 8 year olds. Therefore, I say this, first and foremost I thank and honor God for protecting my baby yet again from harm and danger on today. Secondly, I say pray for your kids always and third encourage your kids to talk to you! Know what is going on in your childrens lives. Bullying is real and anyones child can be a victim. Please keep my children covered in prayer as I do yours.. Pray for all our youth!!
