You truly can not change your body without exercise and especially without strength training. Yes, you can loose weight with a low caloire "diet" but are you going to do that for for the rest of your life? ummm No. You need to create a fat burning, strong and toned body. That will transform your health, physique and you will feel in control again. What to eat???? Keep it simple. I do. - Eat every 2-3 hours - Eat a deck of cards sized protein and carb source with each meal. - Eat your veggies... if they are green it more! - Healthy oils, olive and coconut are my staple. - 1 gallon of water a day. This alone will get you results! I sometimes do more a day, especially in the summer. - Supplements will help you recover. - Starchy carbs are ok, however, I do them before and after your workouts, this is what works for me. Educate yourself, know which ones to eat, everyone is different. Get to know your body and how it responds to starchy carbs. Carbs do not make you fat, its your lifestyle that makes you out of shape. Its time to eat and train right for life. Clean eating and exercising will uncover the real you. Start believing you can succeed, just make that decision to do so. -Carolyn
