You wanted my opinion? Here it is. We have three branches of government because we need three branches. Each branch is supposed to keep the other two in check. At this point Obama has used his Executive Powers to overreach his powers to just do what he wants, not what representatives VOTED for! Like them or not, those representatives voted on my behalf and I do agree with some of the things they vote for. This isnt an opinion now. Not only do a lot of people think this, but they are from both main parties and some from neither party. (I am not a party lover. I dont belong to either at the moment. However, I have voted as both and neither at different times.) This is why I have issues with the party system. We just keep getting corruption - no matter who we vote for. The poor are getting poorer. The richer are getting richer. The rich arent even sharing any of this wealth. They just sit on that money, not doing anything to help their country or the American people. They help in no way to pay down the debts. Does anyone realize that our government and its debts are being used to fund billionaires personal agendas? It has been proven that our wealth inequity just keeps getting worse and the debt goes up while these people make more: theprogressivecynic/2014/06/12/the-us-distribution-of-wealth-is-like-a-canal-with-broken-locks In addition the House just keeps voting on things that benefit the richest people in American. We have wars - in order to profit oil companies and tycoons. This started with Kuwait, which makes 4% of the oil in the world. Why did we need to go in there, other than to save some rich persons behind? Four percent is a lot, but we could have done without it. I believe that Americans have financial interest in Kuwait and thats why we did it. These 1 percenters are using our military to do whatever they wish and when a genocide happens overseas our government sits on its hands and does nothing. Its not in the public interest of some oil billionaire, so nothing is going to be done. Thats reality people. Rwanda and Bosnia are major examples of our government doing nothing because there was no profit in it. What are we as normal Americans to do when we can not rely on these people we have elected to carry out our wishes? I am sorry, but when I elect someone - I expect them to do their job. Ted Jackson, please post more pictures of Jean-Luc. I love him.
