You were sitting at a small table, drawing a picture for your mom or dad in the floors above. You were a receptionist who saw it coming from your 50th storey window. You were the fire fighters who responded first, the policeman, medic, and even the stock trader. You were the heroes. You were the voices on the answering machines saying goodbye and lets roll. You are the family with the missing husband, wife, mom, dad, child, cousin, aunt, uncle, or grandparents. You are the baby who turned into a teenager this year and never knew one of your parents. You are the city whose skyline now only echoes its fallen twins with lights. The symbol of our safety , our very own landlocked Titanic. You are the reason 93 will always be more than a number in the USA. BLESS all those directly affected by the events of 9/11. BLESS our citizens, and let us Never Forget.
