You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You. ISAIAH 26:3 ... You have the ability to control what you will think. Every person has the ability to say, “I will think about something else” and then refocus the mind on a new topic, task, or problem to solve. Every person has the ability to say, “I choose to trust God,” or conclude, “I choose to be overwhelmed.”... Furthermore, any child of God who takes a willful stand against thoughts that clearly are harmful is going to be provided a way of escape from that circumstance. God will help you focus your mind on something other than your problem or wrong thinking if you will make the initial step. ~ Amen!
