You wont find my Candidate Profile on the Division of Elections - TopicsExpress

You wont find my Candidate Profile on the Division of Elections website because...they discriminate. If youre not an established party, Division of Elections and APOC follow statutes that are barriers to help the Rs and the Ds stay in power. There is a statute that a candidate must be certified before they can be listed on the state website. Here is my version of my official election pamphlet: Bio I live in Fairbanks, am married and the mother of three grown children. I have been politically active since 2008 when my husband and I founded the Interior Alaska Conservative Coalition (IACC) and co-founded the Second Amendment Task Force. I have dedicated the last six years studying and teaching the original intent of the Constitution. Before coming to Alaska I studied Administrative Management and was an administrative specialist in the Utah Air National Guard. As an Air Force dependent I lived in many states and in several foreign countries. I have owned several small businesses which I started from scratch. My most recent employment opportunity took me to Williston, North Dakota where I managed a man-camp in the oilfield services industry. Policy Statement: My objective is to help establish ballot access for the Alaska Constitution Party and to activate grass-roots effort in Alaska. I am unequivocally pro-life, pro-Second Amendment and pro-traditionally defined marriage. I strongly support the Fully Informed Jury Association’s stance on jury nullification and believe that we must reclaim the Common Law. State Sovereignty, Property rights and the protection of Sheriff’s are issues becoming very important in many states, including Alaska, not admitted under equal footing doctrine. I am promoting the implementation of Sheriffs in Alaska. I support the decriminalization of marijuana and recent oil tax reform, I will be voting NO on 1. During the petition gathering phase of my campaign I noticed many, many problems with both Division of Elections and APOC. Reforms would include a streamlined approach to ballot access; simplified campaign finance regulations and lower costs and easier access for competitive political parties. In all arenas I believe that the introduction of competition and innovation has a positive effect on outcomes, including in our public school system. I wrote, spoke and testified in favor of SJR-9 to allow the people of Alaska to vote to decide the new direction for educating future generations. I also believe strongly in independent homeschooling, volunteerism and nullification. I am a follower of the Austrian school of economics, entrepreneurialism and personal responsibility. I supported the election of Ron Paul for President in 2012 and believe his political ideology is extremely well informed and in alignment with our founding principles. I encourage all Alaskans to decentralize power by leaving the two major parties as soon as possible. Decision making power must be left in the hands of individuals with a limited amount apportioned to governments, but only when absolutely necessary. Candidate for Lt.
