Youd be hard pressed to find a school as impressive as the one Im fortunate enough to be working at. In addition to the thousands of students already living on campus, we are hosting a huge elementary school that is displaced while their new school is being built. All of the students are resilient, going to classes all day and then again at night after they have had dinner. Ive never seen thousands of kids so self-disciplined, kind and just eager to learn. The way the school is able to feed, transition and just meet the needs of so many students is nothing short of remarkable. Im truly floored. My work day is 8-4, but the international kids made me promise that I would take them bowling, skiing or swimming at least one night each month. Apparently they like getting away from the dorms once in a while.
