Young Living Special Call with Travis Ogden September 26, 2014 Travis Ogden: It has been a rough few weeks, website problems, phone problems, shipping, supply/demand Corporate team is committed to this progress and exceptional group many working overtime including nights and weekends Phone line – major phone issue, not happened in 9 years. Hardware issue, flew someone out to get it and bought 50 cell phones to work the lines Still working through the backlog but are upgrading phones Internet going down – this was not a YL issue, it was related to Century Link and affected about 100 companies locally, lasted a few hours but still affected YL personally Starter Kits – new members signing up – 3rd party logistics company to get these out There were several 1000 orders that fell through cracks, when they found out they shipped out next day air. They now have parameters in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again Promotional items are now out of stock sometimes happening between 5 and 6th of month Their system was not always accurate as to what type of inventory was available for them to be able to meet supply/demand Shipping is now 2 to 3 days behind – for orders where all items are in stock 9 days behind on orders that has out of stock items in them Shipping warehouse issues – met with team this week Wednesday (9/24/2014) They have expanded Expanding 50,000 - 70,000 square feet East coast shipping coming on line Canada by November Tripling size of warehouse in Spanish Fork, Utah Out of stock issues: Broad and comprehensive stock which that alone makes it an issue when these oils go out of stock There are 5 specific oils that are hard to source which is common in many blends and products Northern Lights farm in Canada – Gary is personally helping to build the distillery – Black Spruce Have limited some of these products are now limited in how many bottles people can order in one month, also changing the bottle size to only 5ml These changes are temporary until they get their supply/demand issue fixed New starter kits – NingXia Red/Nitro to help take load off all the oils Corporate has a team whose sole focus is to find new sources Cole Woolley is the seed to seal steward to take load of Gary and to ensure that our commitment to quality is continued Quality will never be sacrificed – ever !!!
