Young girl appears to be about 12 hanging out in various areas on manitau, Peachtree, and Ashland. Is either slouched by stop sign, sitting in a neighbors yard at all hours, even in the rain. Appears unkempt, but has changed clothing. Talked to neighbors who approached her and asked if she needed anything and she hesitated to say she was okay. (But at 12 who wouldnt be) Just wondering if I should call someone, it is fall break so no school. I have never seen her before, but someone did rent and buy a house on beaver. Am I being a busy body?
