Your Benevolent Overlor...ahem....ST staff has been talking and due to the turbulent political climate we find ourselves having in character and the turnover of several characters due to that - we will be discarding our previous rules regarding waiting periods for 2 and 4 point uncommon clans and offering them as playable PCs. There are JUST a few caveats: 1) You will need to retire your current PC to the ST staff. WE will discuss an into the sunset scenario for you but there will be no blaze of glory scenes in game. The option to retire the character as an NPC that will remain in the area is option as well. 2) New characters from this point on will only get floor and background xp. 3) We do not guarantee that these characters will be welcome in the current political climate. We no longer have control over those sorts of things. 4) We reserve the right to cap any Clan at any time. 5) We reserve the right to decide a certain Clan or concept is too unbalancing for our game.
