*Your Secret Preparation Determines Your Public Manifestation* Were already at the closure of the year 2014 and everyone is still busy with exuberance, Everyone is exhilarated about the season and festival but Id like to emphasize on the essence of using this time to reflect and examine your life,to pay attention to your actions because everything a man does creates his destiny, Destiny is every decision a man takes! People fail to achieve their visions in life because their habits becomes an encumbrance to their success and exploit in life, Success is a deliberate manifestation that happens as a result of disciplined character exhibition and willful decision to change positively. Im a leadership expert and I learnt that people resist change because change creates inconvenience, Change disrupts old habits,forcing people to reevaluate and unlearn routine behavior, But without unlearning bad habits,new habits will cease to be enrolled. Without the inconvenience of reevaluating bad habits,theyll never be the comfort of success! From the beginning of this year,many of us made resolutions,We defined visions but some of us at this far failed to realise them because we failed to develop the needed character to fulfil those Desires,then youre good enough to be reading this article. The first thing you need to do is seeing the change in your mind, You must acknowledge that you must jump out of your comfort zone to make this happen, You mustnt like the feelings that comes from trying to unlearn those bad habits,Remember that leaders are driven by commitment not convenience. Identify those habits you want to get rid of, write them down, (Written words gives motivation)...Remember the implications of this change is for the future acquisition of a vision, Let this be enough to motivate you, Read books on self development,and keep practicing the better habit you want to replace with the bad ones. We prepare for something all the days of our lives for just a day of opportunity to exercise what weve learnt behind the curtains.. Everyman has his Platform, but not cultivating the right character is like mounting your platform naked or with only your under wears. Its your platform, No doubt but no one wants to listen to you because you lack preparation!
