Your body can be your equipment !! SHARE this body weight circuit and give it a try :) This method is utilizing the 3-2-1 approach of Bodyshred that I teach ! This circuit would be 6 minutes as follows 3 min strength ( 30 sec each move then repeat from top ) - push-up jacks - plank walk - side plank ** then repeat** 2 min cardio ( 30 sec each move then repeat from top ) - mountain climbers - crab kicks ** then repeat ** 1 min abs / active recovery - crab dancer
