Your boss will treat you as his employee, the military commander or chief he will treat you as a officer or soldier. Your friend might treat you as his best friend but wont do anything for you the true friendship will pushes you to seek God. Your master will treat you as his slave. The king will treat you only as his servant, Jesus does not treat us as nobody, he treated somebody. He does not treat us as his slave or servant, even though he has right to treat us that way, because we are his creation. Jesus treat us as his friend. In fact he lay down his life on the cross for us. What a wonderful friend we have, can you imagine the Lord of the creation treat us as his best friend. John 15:13-17 NIV [13] Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. [14] You are my friends if you do what I command. [15] I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. [16] You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit---fruit that will last---and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. [17] 17 This is my command: Love each other. … Dahil napahiwalay tayo kay God, because we have sinned, bible said, sin separate us from God, our ancestor Adam and Eve they used to walk with God, they talk to God face to face, they are in the garden of Eden or paradise. Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you. Ephesians 2:12-13 NIV [12] remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. [13] 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ … (Our friend Jesus is working on us, to be accepted by God again he pushes hard para tayoy matangap ng Diyos even to the point of death, he lay down his life for us just to be forgiven our sin, what a wonderful friend we have, he done so much for us to forgive our sin, para ma accept at muling manumbalik ang ating relation kay God, thank you Lord our Christ, you did not give up on us, you waited patiently. ) Romans 5:6-11 NIV [6] You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. [7] Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. [8] But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! [10] For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! [11] 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation … 1 Peter 2:21-25 NIV [21] To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps. [22] “He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth.” [23] When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly. [24] “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” [25] 25 For “you were like sheep going astray ,” f but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. … (Our friend Jesus Christ, he done so much to us, we should not die, we are the one suppose to die, Jesus did not sin, we are the one who are sinner, paghibirap niya tayo dapat tumangap hindi siya dahil sa love ni Christ our friends dahil he knows we cannot make it, he knows we cannot do anything for us to save ourselves. Kaya sinabi ni Jesus sa kangyang kong ito magiging cost to save my children and also my friend I rather die on the cross just to save them, if is this your will my Father let it be.) Isaiah 53:4-9 NIV [4] Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. [5] But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. [6] We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. [7] He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. [8] By oppression and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. [9] 9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. … (He done so much to you, what about you my friend what can you do for him? He lay down himself on the cross for you to be saved, this generation wont do anything for Christ, dont even care, no time to attend bible study no time to read his holy scripture, no passion sa kanya buhay ang salita ng Diyos dapat tayong mahiya sa kanya.) John 3:16-17 NIV [16] For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. [17] 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him …
