Your company is quite pathetic. Our internet and home phone went out over TWO WEEKS AGO on the 17th of march. Two days later i was told by an optus technician at my door that the problem would be fixed by friday the 21st of March. The next week when it was still not fixed i was told by an inadequate customer service member that the next time a technician is available is the 4th of April, which is almost 3 weeks after it went out. When that day comes i am 100% positive it will not be fixed due to what the technician on the 19th of march told me, that a permit is needed which takes 1 day apparently! Why should we pay over $100 a month for a service that cant be used?
