Your customer service is horrible. Your should spend more time answering peoples individual questions which will show you know what your talking about. Unfortunately to answer potential clients questions by sending them to read and research the answer for the question. Is poor customer service and shows you dont know your product or how to help the clients interested in using it. What little interaction I have had with you. When you ask for a certain thing I have thoroughly covered in one of them it makes sense to recommend that source of information. This doesnt mean youre at loss if you choose not to invest in it: you can go to google and find anything youre interested about there and its 100% free of charge. Its absolutely not mandatory to read my personal opinion or learn about what I do. I think you might confuse my customer service/responses for personal coaching? That is not something I can engage in due to the volume of individuals who would want that. Please remember the following: 1. You do not have to buy anything from me. 2. You are free to pick any fitness professionals brain for the answers you want. 3. I too have to google what I need to know.
