Well it is; You dwell on thoughts of anger then you will be angry! You dwell on thoughts of happiness then you will be happy! Your thoughts will begin to create emotions that can and will become actions. Jesus tells us to take to yourselves, be careful because your thoughts can overcharge your life! Luke 21:34 34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with . . . cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. (KJV) Luke 21:34 34 Watch out! Dont let my sudden coming catch you unawares . . . occupied with the problems of this life, like all the rest of the world. (TLB) *Overcharge = To burden, to weigh down, to depress. Things that overcharge our heart: *Depression *Fear *Anxiety *No sense of purpose *Worry *Anger *Doudt *Condemnation, guilt, shame Life will OVERCHARGE your heart. But we have the power to change our thinking and allow Gods love and peace to dominate out life. So get happy, start thinking about the goodness of God and His great love. The Bible tells us being happy is a medicine that creates health in our mind and body. Prov 17:22 22 A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones. NKJV Prov 17:22 22 A cheerful heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit makes one sick.
