Your physician now spends valuable time attending to bureaucratic tasks. This is lost time - entering codes and making phone calls to adhere to new rules and regulations. This cuts into patient-contact time, and results in a decline in health care quality. All thanks to Obamacare. Due to a system that endlessly checks upon itself, its about to get even worse.
