Your probably all feeling a tad bit overwhelmed with this busy concert season that is upon us. Costumes are coming tomorrow or Thursday they have left overseas and will be there for photo day😄 Please please please READ every note they arent there just for the fun I have typing them. Each note lately has been in full detail and should have every question answered that we all have. Children are to arrive 1 hr before each show on Saturday so 10am and 5pm with full hair and make up done. Students will enter via the side door straight into change room and front doors will not open until 30 min prior to each show. We are desperately searching for a video guy for Saturday. Now I know most of us would be very disappointed without one but at the same time only half the school only ever actually order one as per last year when I had to pay out $400 from my own profits to just have a dvd for our families. I cant afford to do that again. One quote was $1800 so that would be at least 40 discs at $60. If I could confirm that amount with our parents we could go ahead no problem but I doubt very much we would. We will keep searching and remember Im only thinking of your wallet in this case. Tomorrow is as normal all classes are on except solos. No solos will be given this week as Im just to busy with concert prep. There will be lessons before and after Christmas. Dont forget Sunday the 21st is our awards night. Dress formal and professional photos will be taken on the red carpet and beach prior starting at around 5.30pm Invites are out today and on Facebook. All students receive an award and will be overall a fun way to finish the year. Byo drinks and snacks Check all notes as photo day is Thursday evening. Your child has the opportunity to pre order a disc full of each group And a solo shot of each routine. Envelopes for orders have been handed out. Hair and full make up is required. Time schedule is on the latest news letter. Please READ. Tickets are still available for both shows. Deb is in the office tomorrow or you can purchase at the door. Diamanties and sequins have been handed out today please read instructions and only use clear gem glue purchased from spotlight or lincraft. Otherwise diamanties will lose colour and brilliance. I hope this gets us a tad more organised. Please feel free to text me any questions.
