Like most, Ehrmanns name barely registered in my consciousness. For my part I somehow assumed he was from a distant time, like Aquinas or Shakespeare. It was only about a decade ago that, curious, I looked him up and found out he was a lawyer from Indiana and a contemporary of Saint-Exupery, Ghandi, and my grandparents. I realized that every age has many great souls (Mahatmas). Still dont recognize the name? Then try Go placidly amid the noise and haste....... and take it from there.
