Your thoughts reflects in your attitude so be mindful of what thoughts you entertain. You must be conscious of your thoughts. Thought is the father of action; repeated action becomes your behaviour; sustained behaviour becomes your attitude; attitude lived over time becomes your nature and your nature produces your destiny. Every thought you think causes changes in your physical body and influences your external environment. For example, every thought that passes through your mind causes a change in your eyes and this tells you that every thought is causing a change in you and the Entire Universe. Through your thoughts you are creating your cocoon unique universe. It is for this that the scripture said that “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” (Proverbs 23:7). Practice: Make conscious effort to observe the thoughts that flashes through your mind every day to identify their nature. If they are beneficial thoughts, direct them as to what they must do within specific time frame.
