Your vote is sacred. Its sometimes the only say you will get in government. Treat it with respect and RESEARCH your candidates. I LOVE LOVE LOVE women in government, and the furthering of equal representation in politics. But I REFUSE to vote for someone on the sole reason that they are female!!! That is as ignorant as you can be. I plan to cast my vote for Phil Matthews, Rich Gianni, Joe Bryan, and Paul Coble because of their records, not because of their gender. Attempting to further your cause on ignorant grounds does not impress me one bit. Want to further equality? Stop drawing attention to something that doesnt matter. Thats like voting for someone because you both like jellybeans! When it comes to appropriation of funds, taxes, emergency services, and the economic development of my county...all I ask is that you use the brain God gave you. I dont care if you are in a suit or a dress. Lets put the right PERSON in each seat. Do your job. Thats what makes a quality candidate: Passion, wisdom, vision, and drive. Dont waste your vote.
