Your women are like a tilth for you (where you plant seed to obtain produce), so come to your tilth as you wish, and send ahead (good issue) for (the future of) your souls. HQ 2:223 Tilth is that which is cultivated...that is why when you marry the man is called husband. A husband is one who keeps up the Earth or the vineyard that he does not own but is in his hands. If she is your tilth that means she is yours to cultivate the best that is in her. That is what a husband is suppose to do...he is a guide. You cant be a guide with no sense. As a man it is incumbent on you to be a man of knowledge...a man of wisdom. Again, IMHO....all men should grow a garden. It will give insight into understanding/handling women...from the choosing of the plot, the study, analyzation and amending of the soil, the tilling and cultivation of said soil, the seed choice, the tender care of the seedlings, the watchful eye against pests/worms/birds/butterflies, leaf diseases, drought, over watering, support systems for clinging/climbing plants, knowing when the harvest is ripe as to pick the fruit of your labor, even to letting the soil rest. (Husbandman/gardeners do this. How much more valuable is the woman?) Did you know that a garden, as youre tending in the early morn and early eve, is very peaceful and brings the laborer peace of mind and tranquility? ♥
