Youre a Jazz musician/fan and you receive a notice about a number of excellent events coming in the next weeks. Do you...? A. Show support and excitement for the Jazz scene B. Offer to attend and play C. Congratulate and encourage D. Pretend youre an editor and criticize the writing of the notice It never fails to amaze me the lack of focus or even caring from some who claim to love Jazz. Im really disappointed in some of my peers for their attitudes and laziness when it comes to producing and supporting Jazz. So many expect to just get called to get paid. They put no skin in the game. Just a hand out with a palm up. How about support and help by attending instead of criticizing and never showing up for anything unless you get paid? Thank you. JAZZ IS NOT ALIVE IN TUCSON...ITS FLOURISHING!!
