Youre only as good as your team and last night Graham Graham was bloody stunning . The Daddy held the night together, overcame the issues and worked some major magic to deliver our sound mix. Turnout was great, really good. The Atlantic Mirrors started the night strongly, some sound issues, but you need challenges at a début gig, builds character. Had things been going too well, Id planned to set fire to the stage and Weebles was going to kick drummer Lee in the nuts. Berlin Blacks acoustic show was impressive, real quality, they should definitely do more. Cruel Brit was serving up DJ gold too. We really enjoyed our set, first introducing The Rhombettes and then the début Wee Sparkly Jo on violin, the show built and built as did the crowd response, which was quite humbling, thank you. The spirit on stage and the atmosphere in the crowd define a night for us, and aside from realising we need to put Jo on a plinth, were all good here.
