Youre right...It would be so much easier to just click unlike. Or to un-friend us. We get it. Seeing animals who need help and are knocking on deaths door is emotionally exhausting. Its upsetting. It takes more brain space than you (or we) may have on any given day. So why keep peeking into this world? Because you know that by peeking, you can make a difference. You can help save lives...lives like this one. Chester Floyd was posted last week and his impact on our Facebok family was great. Once rescued, we learned at his intake vetting appointment that he has an in-operable, terminal condition. Alternate medical opinions have confirmed this. He is not in pain at this point, and with the blessing of top veterinary specialists, angels made a pledge to him that we would make his last months on this Earth be as pleasant as possible, surrounded by love and comfort. As you can see in his video, he is grateful. We are grateful. For you. This, my friends, is why you peek. And this is why we are so proud to serve with you, true Angels Among Us.
